Installed it on a VM, it flies, a slight bi faster than SP2, if not a lot faster to boot. I like it, no major issues with it i have found. Well worth the download.
Can be gotten here (the majorgeeks torrent, it's fast!): magnet:?xt=urn:btih:NMY3FRVYQFDDWTKKYB2O2ETSFVZXXN 6A

Or direct from Microsoft.
Installed on a number XP PC's now. Some "live / production" PC's and some virgin build PC's. Installs in about 20 mins which is a lot quicker that downloading / installing 188MB worth of post SP2 updates.
No major issues - in fact - no minor issues either!

Yeah - sorry - bad choice of words for this forum!
Indeed - clean / new build PC's.
Here's one for Zing...
My XP CD is original - i.e. Service Pack 0. When I installed SP3 yesterday it complained that I needed to have at least SP1.
So I SP2'ed the install which it was happy with then SP3'ed it.
Now - if I slipstream my XP CD, do I need to create a slipstreamed XP Sp2 then re-slipstream th CD to XP SP3?

Yep, SP0 to SP2 to SP3. SP3 relies on the SP2 files.

It's easy as anything mate, download SP2 redistributable from the MS site, and SP3 redistributable form MS site. Slipstream SP2, then slipstream SP3 into it. Not difficult at all.
If i had a fast enough upload speed i'd send you a ready ISO (SP3 Corporate)

Last time I had to go through a process of extracting bootloaders and making some boot file then burning a CD which turned out to be a coaster!
Unless I did it wrong of course...
