Anti virus not working.....help!

Hello,

My laptop crashed earlier today and since then my anti virus hasn't been working....can anyone help?

Nothing too techincal please!

Uninstall , and reinstall AVG.It happened on one of my PC's. Make sure you have the latest mark of AVG, and remember to update it after reinstalling.
If it does the same again, try Avast.I believe that is quite good. Hav'nt tried it myself but both my son's run it in preference to AVG.

First things first.. REMOVE THAT RADMIN PROGRAM RIGHT AWAY unless you know its 100% secure. Ud be amazed at the amount of radmin scanners and radmin rootkits u can pick up off the internet. You would also be amazed athe amount of people who install it and never set a password then someone comes along and owns them.

as cleshe says.. Uninstall and reinstall and it should be good to go or do a system restore to a week ago and see if that does the trick.
