PCGuard / Netguard / XP Upgrade

Hiya,

Can I re-install Netguard off my hard-disc????

I've just had to upgrade to XP. Partly so that Bill Gates can afford the gold taps on the bath in his new jet ....but mostly as Win 2000 was getting too hard to use.

I have netguard as an old Ntl user, and figure if I download for new again, I will lose parental control and pivacy protection that I currently get for free.

I guess I have the argument that it was sold as part of the package, but as VM haven't replied to my last 2 letters I doubt I'll get anywhere...

So, can I re-install Netguard off my hard-disc?

Thanks

Re: PCGuard / Netguard / XP Upgrade

PCguard is rather rubbish. But thats my opiniion.

There is the total version which costs £3 extra month which includes parental controls etc. Or the basic version which is free.

Though i would totally ditch pcguard is it heavy on system resources and not all that effective.

Re: PCGuard / Netguard / XP Upgrade

I have been using the AVG pro for the last 2 years, £20 for 2 PC's for 2 years and it's been brilliant! Had loads of problems with Norton (£50 a year!).

Will give PCG a try....
