thought this might come in use ful everyone...

i use mcafee and find its great, not to resource hungry either

ahhh...i have noticed something

altho i can give u all links out manually....it only displays the link when you log out of there internet banking...sorry guys overlooked that...just worked it out for myself.....

but for anybody that is a natwest internet banking customer...http://www.natwest.com/global_option...EE_PC_SECURITY you can go there..and follow the instructions...what a bummer,,,once again sorry everyone

Most banks offer some kind of discounted / free AV / Internet Security package - suggest contact your own bank!
