Just be patient and keep trying - it's via FTP so there's probably a limit to how many logins it can handle at once. It gave me the same error for several days, but it's coming down now...touch wood!

I tried it out but it didn't pick up anything that ZA hadn't so I'm just gonna stick to ZA as it includes firewall too.

Using Firefox i kept getting a message saying 'max 530 logins reached'.
Just keep trying and it'll eventually download.

I'm using it and have noticed my computer lags abit when its updating which doesnt happen in the free version.

The lag is doing my head in - this was a great find and pretty good for a freebie but I'm close to returning to Nod32.

I just tried again using Firefox and i got the download given to me in 9 tries.
Try click cancel click cancel click cancel etc and i should think you will get it. Only takes about 1 minute.
