pc guard uninstalling problem

Hello, can anybody help me, I am trying to un-install pc guard I have tried by the obvious normal deletion method but is saying that it cannot due to Pkr.dll (found by using the diagnostic utility) I just want to get rid of pc guard as it is conflicting with avg I have now installed Regards Frederick

If the add remove programmes in Control Panel does not work, try re-installing PC guard, then uninstalling it again.

If all else fails something like system Mechanic may help with the problem.

edited to add : Uninstalled it a few times, no problems, but next i'll be going back to good old Avast and zonealarms. Just need a free parent guard haha

Thank you for fast reply, I have tried to re- install, but it tells me it is not uninstalled, telling me that there is a radial point problem, I have tried downloading from the virgin knowledge base a file that is meant to fully uninstall but also did not work Regards frederick
