Every time i go on the internet the pag scrolls up and down on its own any ideas

Try unplugging the mouse to check if it does it.

ps you'll have to launch internet explorer via a keyboard.

i have tried that even bought a new mouse and key board it still does it with it unpluged when it scrolls down i scroll it up then it goes back down again could it be a virus
