Question understanding hijackthis

hijackthis can be a bit confusing, with all the info it gives you.

I did see a link once that if you copy the info/log file into some webpage it would analyse it for you, but I can't remember the link, I think I saw it in these forums, but not sure. I have searched the threads, and google, but can't find it.

also I was wanting to know after running hijackthis, how would you delete these problem things? do you just go to the registry and delete from there?

Basically I was doing a big clean today of the computer, and I remembered I had this, but it makes no sense to me, ok, I am a bit thick with such things.

Hi ikthius

I've never used hijackthis personally but the following link tells you all about it: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/foru...howtutorial=42

The site you're looking for that show an analysis of the log is:

http://hjt.iamnotageek.com/

I hope this helps
