Re: Spydot not spybot problem

I've had a quick google & there seems to be a lot of confusion over 'spybot' & 'spydot'

i.e. some people saying they have used spydot to remove spyware??

reports of a w32.spybot worm - etc.

there are some instructions for removing the w32.spybot worm in the link

http://securityresponse.symantec.com...ybot.worm.html

it might be an idea for jeffguo to download & run hijack this from

http://www.spychecker.com/download/d...ijackthis.html

and post the result in here for us to have a look at.
