Warning: I get pre-notifications from Microsoft on all security alerts etc. before the general public. I have had one regarding the above fix in that is can cause blue screens on certain hardware configurations. No fix available as yet and no detail regarding the type of hardware involved.

Just a heads up in case you're considering this patch on your systems.

i patched mine when the updates came out.......no problems yet

We rolled it out to a couple of thousand pc's yesterday - no reported problems yet, lets hope it stays that way.

I do the same thing so not a prob. Although i have had a couple of blie screens. I updated graphics drivers, Direct X etc and all was fine.
