hi guys eventually got my new computer today but i am having trouble as i suspected getting the wireless working,i can connect though the ethernet cable ok.i was on the phone for half an hour trying to get help from virgin but their solution is to send me a shub.i have tried switching the modem and router off and on. it says it can see a network available then asks me to input the ssid which i do but it says it cannot connect to network.i can connect my old laptop up and it finds that no problem.is my router not up to speed for windows 7 or am i being a shown up for my computer illiteracy.any advice gratefully recieved.cheers john
