OK - we have had an engineer out and Downstream channels are between, currently, 5.7dBmV and 7.1dBmV. There's a 3dB forward path attenuator on the shub. The first speed test I ran gave about 10 m/bit.

Upstream power level is 31.8 dBmV.

Are these figures now within parameters?
