In some respects I'm glad I haven't been sent the phone. I just hope I get my money back.

Looking at reviews shows similar situations to ours being quite common.

I did look them up before ordering and they are also listed on Quidco. I obviously didn't look hard enough. I am just glad I paid on credit card. At least I can reclaim the cost from them.
