Has anybody ever used Simply Electronics?

I am having the worst time trying to get through to anyone to cancel an order I made with them.

They have already taken the money but are asking me to provide a bank statement to prove my address and photo ID to prove who I am. I of course refused but now can't get my money back.

I shall be escalating this with my credit card company tomorrow. It was no small order either - 2 x Samsung Galaxy S2s!

Avoid these guys at all costs.
