As Worthing is part of the Brighton cable franchise you are connected to the Brighton cable headend. Due to the way Virgin's infrastructure works, programme variations within areas is not possible. The official response from Virgin is
HERE. Virgin can add additional channels in the 850/870 ranges, but this may not happen until after DSO has completed.
