But the good news my speed is doubling from April which does make sense as webpage Suggests October 2012 to July 2013 that long ? i suspect this as well is total crap . Funny part is i can upgrade to 30 megs today but they cannot do 20 its seems and i need a new Modem No i dont want a new modem this one replaced 6 months ago and i was told its ok for 20MEGS Cant move it to find model number but its Small black and works fine. no HUB please

I know many people complain about the Superhub so, to redress the balance a tiny bit, we've had it for something like 14 months now and haven't had any problems with it. It just sits there, doing its thing and all I need to do is to dust it now and then.
And since you can now add your own modem to it, maybe it is time to rethink?
