Online you would have still got a welcome pack through the post which includes your install date and contract.. Failure to sign it is irrelevant as allowing the services to be installed means you have accepted the terms and conditions. So whatever your install date was that is when your contract started (12 or 18 months depending on the package/offer)
You should get an email to the primary account or a letter regarding the price upgrade, if not then your right to cancel will be from when they bill you the advanced charges for the month it goes up (so the bill you get anytime in March will have increased charges for April.)
