I've been trying to get one of these today and its proving quite difficult, even though i've reported signal issues several times, been given £5 off every month and given the opertunity to cancel my contract early without penelty and still they are making it difficult to get one.

I've arranged a call back from another team within 24 hours who will escilate the issue further.
