Angry Re: Canceling contract due to price increase.

Can I ask if you are cancelling because of the most recently announced increases?

As soon as I received the sugary email telling me that my Broadband speed was going to be doubled from 10 to 20mbs (something I didn't request and am not bothered about) I've been waiting to be notified of the cost of this "Free upgrade". As sure as night follows day, it came today: an extra £1.50 per month + increases in the cost of phone calls. The same stunt Virgin pulled when upgrading me from 2 to 10mbs.

Come the end of my present contract in May, I shall be looking for alternative provider. From experience it would seem they're all out to screw us if we don't stay on our toes and keep switching. Loyalty means nothing to any of them!
