I am genuinly interested how you have seen tons of people in disabled car parks just when they happen to be getting in and out of their vehicles as well as able to diagnose them froma remote distance. Of course its also possible the person using the vehicle isnt the actual badge owner.
I can only comment on the times that I've been in a position to see those parking positions, probably amounts to several hours a year so as a sample is probably representative and a majority do not, to my eyes, look as if they should be using those spaces.
As you say it could
be those abusing the badge, in which case they should be named and shamed.
But it really comes back to this:
There are approximately 10 million disabled people in Great Britain covered by the Equality Act, which represents around 18 percent of the population.
Are we really that sick as a nation?
