And no BT hasn't rolled out Infinity across Westminster but is planned for this year sometime, and of course Cable and Wireless has a LLU network at every exchange in London. Virgin Media also have/did a telephone network across westminster but was made to stop offering it to new customers as part of the deal to use the BT cable network. And no Virgin Media won't use this again as it doesn't reach a majority of households in the borough and it is too expensive to retain it.
So could Virgin Media lauch Fiber Optic Broadband, Phone and IPTV services in Barbican, Wesminster and Milton Keynes via the BT Infinity/C&W LLU network?
