It depends on whose name is on the account at your old house if it is her name then no, as she would have to close that account completely and then clear DPA together in the same room in order to transfer the account details to your new account which would leave her without broadband and unable to get Virgin Media services for at least 3 months.

I kind of doubt either of you want this to happen as it would cause further acrimony.
