If I follow the instructions in my bill notification email (received a few days ago) I am asked for a pin number, which I don't have. I ask to be sent a new pin only to be told they don't use pins anymore!
How did you attempt to change your password without logging into My Virgin Media? The password you use is the same as your primary mailbox so are you reading mail from it OK?
Are you a cable subscriber cos if you subscribe to the ADSL service it could be different.
