Unable to log in
The last few times I've tried to sign in to My Virginmedia I have been getting the following error message:
We're sorry, we're having a few technical problems. We're working to fix them so please try again later.
I thought I may have the wrong password but I've tried changing it but that also fails.
I have been trying this for a few days now.
Is this a general fault or is it just affecting me for some reason?
