Most things media-wise reside on my PC (which is connected to the superrrrhub)

Whats the best route to take (without spending stupid money) to have my mp3's played in different rooms, to have my videos playing on a TV etc

What components / leads would I need to achieve this, bearing in mind my bedroom tv is on a different floor to my pc and router.

Guessing for Ethernet I would use powerlines networking, but what box would I need to attach to my TV as mine doesn't have an ethernet port (Do any?)

Presumably there's wi-fi enabled speakers? that could play mp3's playing from my PC ? so places like the bathroom could get sound.

I hear the phrase 'smart tv' and 'DNLA' bandied about a lot, but no idea what they mean exactly.

Maybe some of the AV guru's can make some sense out of what I'm looking for and can ofer up some suggestions.
