Employees of Virgin Media, and other organisations are welcome to participate in our board, provided they comply with our general policies. Most will be doing so in a personal capacity, in their own time, and will thus not necessarily represent the views of their employer.

In some circumstances, a staff member may wish to offer assistance to a forum user. This is done on a voluntary basis. Do not solicit aid from staff members, or others, unless you have a specific invitation. Remember there can often be limitations to assistance available outside of the official support systems of companies due to Data Protection and other factors.

Do not disclose personal information such as account details unless you are certain of a person's identity. The Cable Forum Team has verified certain some staff as being employed by Virgin Media. Virgin Media staff should contact the Cable Forum Team for verification. We do not use specific tags or titles for such staff, who may choose to remain anonymous. If in doubt check with a Cable Forum Team member.
