50MB problem in Lincoln - Upstream / T3
On the 5th and 6th my net was down for a total of 25 hours.
Due to what seem to be an upstream / T3 error.
Now today 13th the modem keeps disconnecting and needs to be rebooted to get the connection back.
It seems from the log over that time it is getting T3 errors again.
I called up 50MB team, but got through to offshore call center and they booked me a tech for tomorrow.
I was wondering does anyone know of any problems in the Lincoln area?
