Crazy that BT are wasting so much time on St Albans when there are other places that want the services and won't protest over it. BT have done towns bigger than St Albans in a couple of months, they've been at St Albans since April. Likewise annoying BT execs are wasting their customers' line rental meeting this NIMBY and banging their heads against the wall of St Albans council.

It's nothing personal against BT though, Virgin Media are also getting complained at.

Same reason that Chester does not have Cable. To many people complained and the build was stopped. It never restarted.
