last friday we launched a brand-spanking-new virgin media cable service sales website for new and existing customers. The site is called shop.virginmedia.com and it replaces the old allyours.virginmedia.com. We’ve made it a whole lot quicker and easier for customers to choose and build a bundle that’s just right for them.
We’ve also launched 2 new tools: The build order tool for new customers to build their own bundle (see image below) and the change package tool for existing customers to view and manage their cable services.
