I know VM take internal info been released early to the public via these forums serious and sometimes test there employee's which can lead to punishment.

If Virgin were a bit more open with thier customers they wouldnt need to concern themselves about early release on forums would they.
We only watch the forums because Virgin have a track record of telling customers some time after the tell the press.
Issue a press statement and send out an email to customers at the same time would at least send a message out that they care as much about thier customers as they do the press.
As ive mentioned before customers pay the bills the press dont. (although of course publicity they offer is good for virgin)
