Not saying that your pc is cheap before you think that but I learnt the hardway what using cheap component's will do when trying to overclock.

If the pc was bought from a shop and not built by yourself then you will probably only get 100 - 200mhz faster out of the chip, it may be worth while looking at saving for a new pc and buy a pre overclocked system then you, don't need to worry about taking things to far and risking burning or blowing something up.
