last few days or so, must of happened 5 times this morning so far, yet the lights stay steady on the modem. I have rebooted my router (WRT160Nv2), will now check to see there any firmware updates available.

i've just updated my routers firmware which was actually quite out of date, followed some instructions from some site I found on google and have switched to OpenDNS too. All seems good atm, touch wood.
