BB M £20.50
BB L £25

BB XXL £45

If you would care to detail the Advances Charges from your bill here, including all discount lines, someone will explain further if required.
I am not talking about what it says on my bill. I would like to see the actual prices that are advertised for all to see. I cannot find any mention of the prices that you are quoting anywhere.

Are Virgin Media deliberately concealing prices for some reason?

I have not been on the site much in the past few years. I was a regular in the old NTLWorld days and start of the Cableforum site. I must say that the attitudes of some Virgin Media staff and some Team members has changed quite a bit. Not to the good I must say.

Having looked through several billing threads it would appear that Virgin Media don't publish a full price list. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Looking at my bill it says that I get a £15.05 loyalty discount. Using the charges on the VM website this loyalty discount is only £2.65 (taking website prices away from my bill prices) This seems engineered to make it appear that you are getting a massive discount.

It is about time that Virgin Media was honest and upfront about the cost of its services.
