Cheers Ben, it was just a thought, I get them every once in a while

The reason behind my Q was that on me new tv 50hz output from the media centre was a bit naff but changing to 60hz was a vast improvement so I thought about the V+ box.

But after faffing I find 720p better than 1080 or 1080 wide.
