Check with the other side and see if they confirm but for starters that orange wire may need to go, are there extensions on the line or is it just this socket? Bit weird that the orange wire is attached to the faceplate like that if BT installed this socket.
It may be worth very gently and very carefully seeing if you can take the plate off the wall completely to take a photo of the wiring on the back of the main socket itself, do not do this if not confident or if you think the wiring will pull.
