exactly mate no one person has same charges. had probs past 18 month with broadbad not working etc got that sick email the ceo yesterday. engineer coming out to check everthing and then i am to be inform tomorrow afternoon of wat will be happening. too many probs to go into here also sent him my bill. will see what happens, quickest virgin have ever got back to me
