Just had a mess around with TCP/IP setting and now getting much closer to the magic figure, have a look: -
Now that looks loads betters. My BT line is still active and VM are going to deal with it Monday AM so I was told by a lovely girl at a UK call centre.
Looks like the kids will giving t'net a good hammering!
