You still have a bit left there with that Attenuation, plus the Noise Margin they aim for when DLM has finished is 6.9-7 db. Should be good for >10Mb.
When DLM has finished you can allways give em a ring and ask them to manually configure your line.
Just one thing, make sure you put a filter on all appliances connected. i.e. if you have a phone plugged into a different socket stick a filter in between. They don`t make this clear in the manual but i managed to get an extra 2.5Mb download by putting a filter between our upstairs socket and the phone.
