Well you have just complained about a VM employees behaviour ,(on a site which is NOT affiliated with vm in anyway )(think digital spy and any discussions involving bbc resentment) which is met with ,and to defend the alleged behaviour (that is probably not the truth anyway),you get responses back which are on the same lines as that which you have received from your phone call ,which they say is (probably)made up anyway,lacking the other persons side you see,only a half truth or never happened in the first place .

All this attitude to a forum member who has not used any bad language or LEFT THEIR CAPs LOCK ON.So it is your fault, plainly!With age, supposedly also comes maturity
