This is very strange? On Sunday, i emailed sky saying i was going to cancel and could they please send me my MAC and my broadband speeds,somehow, went from crap between 5.00pm and midnight to between 3.5 and 6.00 mbps.
Last night i phoned to say i`d heard nothing from them and was told that they had no emails from me, i cancelled there and then and tonight my speeds are...............

Not a coincidence i think.
