looks like 3 15A Spade female connectors with a moulded cover and a P-Clip on the cable.

Speaking personally, and bear in mind I have experience with this, do NOT try it if you are even a little unsure - mains cable, 3 fully insulated 15A (blue) female spade connectors and just plug them into the terminals behind the cover making sure they are in the correct locations, couple of zip ties to make sure the cable can't be pulled out accidentally when the connector cover is in place, and you have as much cable as you want.
