If you have the sagem the router is disapointing but the netgears are ok and they have a new router out now too. Wireless, have you changed the channel on the router? If it's the sagem it will be in auto which is completely useless. If you have just joined Sky you are on DLM and the line speed will change. Without router stats no one should be advising anything to you as it may be you are in line training, not set up properly or just seeing wireless interference.
If you have your BT router still you could piggy back it off the sky router, no one says you cannot use an access point to distribute the wireless signal.
If you are on Connect..... cancel now.
