Do you happen to know what's the current position on 'missing e-mails? By that I mean stuff from say Tuesday night until early yesterday afternoon.
I have checked webmail and they're not there (or in spam folder), and I am a number of e-mails missing.
When had problems on NTLWorld accounts previously, they'd start filtering back 'in reverse chronological order' but none have appeared for me yet.
And another related question, if the email sytem is hosted on Google Apps, why when access is regained are the backlog of e-mails not already sitting there waiting to be picked up from the Google servers?
Just curious, as I'd assumed that apart from validating ID etc via VM the actual e-mail part of the system was now all processed & hosted by Google Apps
