well putting that aside for a mo ,i would be more concerned on the mails interpretation .They seem to be going down the rout of "hard done by EDF member attacked by police without provocation" . Such a level of good cause, that they were
released without charge very quickly.
I have given a possible scenario as to why this occurred and an example of a similar, totally biased over-reaction.
