This is likely to be another case of covert surveillance of people chatting in a pub, possibly talking about a bombing of a church having taken place and someone makes an off-the-cuff totally non-serious comment of 'how would they like it, if we bombed a mosque'. Nobody at the time takes it the slightest bit seriously and no other discussion takes place. This sounds like the Fathers for Justice supposed 'conspiracy' to kidnap one of Tony Blair's children.
