Cable Forum - View Single Post - No service in Enfield (EN2) area for 3 days.

Same issue in EN1 3xx area.
Started approx 22:00 20th. Reported 08:15 22nd and advised fault already raised regarding "mulitple frequencies" - estimated fix time 16:04.
Seemed resolved at 06:30 23rd. Went again at approx 11:15 23rd. Logged again and was advised signal-to-noise problems apparent at one of the switches in the area.
Chased again today (24th) 11:20 - advised maint work assigned to the area with expected completion of July 28th. Given fault reference of F001323690. Unable to see this fault when checking the area on the status page - just refers to VStuff problems logged on 12th..
