I stopped smoking overnight, and what done it for me, was seeing my father die in front of me of cancer cuased by heavy smoking, and he weighed 3 stone, when he passed away.

I have not smoked for over 30 years, anyone who wants to give up, go to a local hospital and see people some young and old, that will put it off smoking.
