Ok, but If he pays his line rental to TalkTalk and wants to move to Sky line rental, does he really need to have to go through BT? Because when you pay line rental to say Sky or TalkTalk they take over the line including the number,thus when someone wants to switch from Sky Talk to Virgin Cable phone and want to take there number with them which is originally allocated to BT, Sky can block this process or be in charge porting.
