not receiving e-mails from 'Freeserve' client
I have an 'ntlworld.com' e-mail address, have done all the necessary changes and all is ok, except for the last few days:-
I can send an e-mail to a friend with a 'freeserve.com' e-mail address and he receives it fine, but if he replies or sends me an e-mail it goes into his 'sent' box but I do not receive it and he does not get a bounce back e-mail.
He obviously thinks that I have received his message until I tell him otherwise.
Another friend, with an ntl.com address, has told me that the same thing happens to her.
I have tried to contact customer services to see if they are aware of any problem, but have been hanging on the phone until I get cut off.
Does anyone else have this problem with 'Freeserve' addresses.
I have no other problems with my e-mails.
