so, even if i think my TT bb speeds are slow (and "crap") then it is still better to stick with them? i hve virtually given up on TT a long time ago and i am merely giving them a chance to prove themselves wrong and sort out my problem.

as of today, there is no great deal of change from my bb speed. it is still a constant 2-4MB; i have tried everything from unplugging/turning off my router and filters to doing these tests (speed tests, network tests, tracert tests, etc.) but still nothing.

what also frustrates me is the fact that i don't get any news, updates or feedback whatsoever from TT on what are they doing, what have they found out or what are their plans for my line or my exchange.

i mean...i am near insane here.
